By using this software, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Logos Flow, as Licensor, grants to you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive right to use this product (hereinafter the "product"), which includes all files in this folder and sub-folders, in accordance with the terms contained in this license. 2. OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCT. Logos Flow retains the copyright, title and ownership of the SOFTWARE and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist. The client retains the data (i.e. information entered by the user of the product). 3. TERM. This License is effective from the date you agree to use the product. This License will terminate automatically without notice from Logos Flow if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination you will not have access to the product; however, your data will be forwarded to you (an additional cost might be levied for this). 4. THIS PRODUCT AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATAION (INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, FURTHER, LOGOS FLOW DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE, OF THE PRODUCT OR DOCUMENTATION IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE. 5.
